When to Use
- Body content — Use Text Block for any prose content: introductions, descriptions, explanations, or instructions.
- Structured sections — Combine headings (H2–H6) with paragraphs and lists to create well-organized page sections.
- Rich formatting — When you need bold, italic, links, or inline images within your content.
For link collections, use the Grid Block instead. For standalone quotes, use the Quote Block.
Formatting Tips
- Use H2 headings to create major sections. These appear in the page's table of contents for easy navigation.
- Avoid using H1 inside a Text Block — that heading level is reserved for the page title.
- Use ordered lists for step-by-step instructions and unordered lists for non-sequential items.
- Keep paragraphs concise. Break long content into multiple Text Blocks with clear headings.
You can change the background color to visually distinguish important sections. Use the brand background for institutional content and accent for content you want to draw attention to.
